Manufacturing
Pressed, not compounded with virgin resin
Recovered PolyAl is shredded to 5/16–9/16 in flake, washed, dried below 0.8% moisture and consolidated in a heated press at 330 °F and 610 psi. The polyethylene fraction re-melts around the aluminium and forms a homogeneous board — no binder, no solvent, no firing.
